Milton Township S.A.L.T. Council

SENIORS & LAW ENFORCEMENT TOGETHER (S.A.L.T)
The purpose of the Milton Township S.A.L.T. Council is to determine and meet the needs of senior citizens by reducing crime and abuse and enhancing safety through communication in cooperation with the Township, law enforcement, and other community agencies and organizations.
The S.A.L.T. Council meets every second Monday of the month at 10:00am at the Glen Ellyn Police Department (65 S. Park Blvd, Glen Ellyn). Meetings typically last around one hour and cover a variety of topics important to seniors. If the Monday is a holiday, the meeting will be held on Tuesday. No meetings in August.

The S.A.L.T. Communicator
Each monthly meeting features a special guest speaker. Past speakers include representatives from AgeGuide, DuPage County Community services, NW Mobile Stroke Unit, and DuPage Senior Citizens Council.
