LeVan began his career in commercial real estate in 1985, specializing in site selection, acquisitions, and the coordination of site renovations and sales for a major retail chain’s property portfolio. As a four-term Milton Township Assessor, since 2014, his tenure speaks to his commitment to serving the Milton community with integrity, transparency, and dedication.
