Leah Harding
Leah Harding, LCSW is a nonprofit and mental health professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership, school-based services, and clinical practice. Most recently as the Executive Director of the Glen Ellyn Children's Resource Center (GECRC), she led significant growth in out-of-school-time programming, expanding services to five sites and increasing student enrollment. Earlier in her career, Leah worked as a therapist in private practice as well leading a team of social workers across 20 Chicago Public Schools. She spent many years as the varsity volleyball coach at Glenbard North High School. In addition to her professional roles, Leah currently serves as Board Member and Secretary of West Nation and has just wrapped up her term as Vice President of Communications for the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce.
Leah holds a BA in Psychology from Kalamazoo College and an MSW from the University of Michigan. She brings a strengths-based approach, grounded in clinical expertise, leadership development, and youth empowerment, to advancing equitable opportunities for children, families, and communities.
