Milton Township Food Pantry News

The Food Pantry is here to support residents who may be struggling right now. And, the need is increasing.
Whether you need assistance or want to donate, the Milton Township Food Pantry is a place to turn.

Milton Township Cares for our Veterans

  • Milton Township offers a Veterans Honor Wall that is on display at our Township building. Whether you are a Veteran yourself or know of a Veteran who you believe deserves this honor, a new Veteran’s Honor Wall is within the Township building. Your name, branch of service, and rank will be engraved onto a metal placard that will hang directly on the wall in the multi-purpose room at the Township. Many people walk through this room daily.
  • We are a resource for Financial Assistance. Veterans who are struggling financially are encouraged to make an appointment to apply for help with rent/mortgage or utilities. The application can be found here.
  • Veterans are always welcome at our food pantry. We currently serve Veterans in the Milton Township Food Pantry and ensure that they have what they need.
  • Our Milton Township Cemetery Authority cares for three historic cemeteries, proudly serving as the final resting places for many of our honored Veterans.
  • Should we be unable to assist a Veteran, we remain committed to connecting them with a resource that can. Local governments like Milton Township are a valuable resource for residents because we can help solve local problems, as local people are best suited to address them. As a level of government close to the people, Milton Township is a critical resource, uniquely positioned to quickly respond to local challenges with the experience only local people possess.
